在全球ESG治理体系不断完善、国际贸易合规要求不断提高的背景下，中国五矿化工进出口商会于2017年编制并发布全球首个可持续天然橡胶行业自愿性标准《可持续天然橡胶指南》。随着国际贸易规则重构进程加速，天然橡胶等软性大宗商品的ESG合规正在成为新的国际市场准入门槛。为推动天然橡胶产业链供应链与国际最新规则接轨，进一步提升标准的科学性、指导性和可评估性，我会拟于2026年对《可持续天然橡胶指南》进行修订升级。
目前，我会已联合专业机构完成《指南》升级修订稿，拟更名为《可持续天然橡胶标准》。现面向可持续天然橡胶各利益相关方公开征询意见，意见征询期为60天。诚邀各相关方积极建言献策，共同推动天然橡胶产业链供应链实现可持续健康发展。

Public Consultation - Draft for Upgraded Revision of the Standard for Sustainable Natural Rubber
To all relevant entities:
Against the backdrop of the continuous improvement of the global ESG governance system and the rising requirements for international trade compliance, the China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals & Chemicals Importers & Exporters (CCCMC) compiled and released the world's first voluntary industry standard for sustainable natural rubber, the "Guidelines for Sustainable Natural Rubber," in 2017. With the accelerated process of the reconstruction of international trade rules, ESG compliance for soft commodities like natural rubber is becoming a new threshold for international market access. To promote the alignment of the natural rubber industry chain and supply chain with the latest international regulations, and to further enhance the scientific nature, guidance, and assessability of the standard, CCCMC plans to upgrade the "Guidelines for Sustainable Natural Rubber" in 2026.
Currently, CCCMC has completed the revised draft of the "Guidelines" in collaboration with specialized institutions. The upgraded version is proposed to be renamed the "Standard for Sustainable Natural Rubber." We are now conducting a public consultation on the draft among all stakeholders in the sustainable natural rubber sector, with a consultation period of 60 days. We sincerely invite all relevant parties to provide suggestions and jointly promote the sustainable and healthy development of the natural rubber industry chain and supply chain.
